Whether you’re a non-profit group or just a member of the community, our meeting rooms are just what you need. The Hutchinson Public Library has three meeting rooms available free of charge for group use.

The Auditorium

The Auditorium is 25 ft x 60 ft and can seat up to 40 to allow for proper social distancing.  Extra tables and chairs are available.  This room is equipped with a podium, projector, and screen.  A/V equipment (overhead projector, microphone, and sound system) are available upon request.  

Conference Room 2

Conference Room 2 is 25 ft x 18 ft and can seat up to 5 people to allow for proper social distancing.  This room is also equipped with dry erase boards.

Reserving a Meeting Room

To reserve a meeting room give us a call (620-663-5441) or stop by the Business Office to reserve a room. Business Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.  You may also reserve rooms or send us questions via e-mail at lucas.s@hutchpl.org

All first time meeting room applicants must fill out a Meeting Room Application and Policy before using the room.
