Art Talk with Hutchinson Community College
The Art Talk is a special student-led journey back in time to explore the fascinating world of Neolithic Art. HCC art students will take the floor to share their insights and research on early human creativity; from monumental stone structures and ancient pottery to the very beginnings of visual storytelling. This collaboration provides students with a valuable platform to share their passion for art and gain hands-on presenting experience while offering library patrons a place to discover fresh perspectives and be part of inspiring conversations.
After the presentation, stick around for a fun, hands-on art activity inspired by Neolithic designs and techniques! No experience is needed, just bring your curiosity and a willingness to play.
