Each month\, our group of passionate readers (and occasional armchair directors) dives into a carefully chosen book and its movie adaptation. We dissect the casting decisions\, mourn the missing chapters\, and occasionally declare\, “The movie was better!”—much to the horror of our literary purists. \nExpect spirited debates over plot changes scenes that should have made the final cut. We can’t rule out a stray off-topic fan base tangent or the occasional passionate defenses of Nicholas Cage. \nMeetings are cozy and often louder than your typical library gathering (sorry\, Dewey Decimal).
