From October 1st – November 30th\, we are accepting submissions of art (any media)\, photography\, short stories\, poetry\, and performance. DESCRIPTION:Being able to create\, edit\, and manipulate images on a computer is an essential skill for digital creatives. This workshop will get you started! Get ready to learn how to retouch photographs\, adjust colors\, combine images\, and so much more! Whether you are preserving family photographs\, creating fliers\, or producing art\, attend this event to get started.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nModerate computer and basic reading skills are required. We will be using a three-button mouse\, keyboard shortcuts with modifier keys\, browsing the file system\, and using specialized language for image-editing terms.\nYou will need to know your email address and password. Creating a free account is required for the software we are teaching.\nBring a USB flash drive to save your work.\nThere is no cost to attend.\nNo previous experience with image-editing software is required.\nSeats are limited\, but this workshop will be offered regularly. If you can’t attend a scheduled workshop\, please contact us to discuss alternatives.\nThe Makerspace will be closed to other activities during this workshop.
