Meeting Rooms

The Hutchinson Public Library has three meeting rooms available free of charge for group use.

  • The auditorium which can hold 30 to 70 people depending on configuration.
  • Conference Room 2 which can hold up to 20 people
  • Conference Room 1 which can hold up to 10 people

Whether you're a non-profit group or just a member of the community, our meeting rooms are just what you need. To reserve a meeting room give us a call (620.663.5441) or stop on by the Business Office to reserve a room. Our hours are 9-5 M-F.
