Meeting Rooms

To help mitigate the spread of COVID-19, meeting room reservations are restricted to the Auditorium only.  One meeting can be held in the morning, and one in the afternoon to allow for proper cleaning between meetings. A maximum of 40 people is allowed to ensure proper social distancing.  Masks must be worn at all times while inside the library.

To reserve the Auditorium for a meeting, give us a call (620-663-5441) or stop by the Business Office to reserve a room. Business Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.  You may also reserve rooms or send us questions via e-mail at lucas.s@hutchpl.org

All meeting room applicants must fill out a Meeting Room Application and Policy before using the room.
