The health and safety of our patrons, staff, and the community at large is our highest priority during this uncertain time. Our main goal is to strengthen our community by continuing to provide as much access as possible and the best library service possible while keeping everyone safe. This "No-Touch" service is available for anyone who wants access to materials, but does not need to come into the library.

How to reserve items online


Go to our website and log in to your account.  Your login is your library card number, and the password is the last 4 digits of your phone number.

  • Place a hold on the item(s) you’d like to check out, up to 30 items.
  • You will receive a hold notice when a held item is available. Come to the library during open hours to pick up your items.

How to reserve items by telephone - 620-663-5441

  • The phone service will be available Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 1:00 pm / 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 1:00 pm, and Sunday, the service will be closed.
  • Let the library staff member know the items you’d like to reserve.
  • You will receive a hold notice when a held item is available. Come to the library during open hours to pick up your items.

How to pick up your items

  • At your appointment time, drive up to one of the designated parking spaces for pick up.  The pick up area is at the Northwest corner of the building, by the garage.  This area is designated with blue signs.
  • Park in one of the numbered spaces, and call the phone number on the sign.  A staff member will then bring your items to you.
  • If you do not have a cell phone, give us a honk to let us know you are there.
  • Your items will be held for up to 9 days, and if not picked up by then, will be returned to the shelves.

Returning Materials

  • When you are ready to return the items you checked out, please place them in the 24 hour book drop, including CDs, DVDs, and Interlibrary Loan items (please include paperwork).

Printing, Copying, Scanning and Faxing Services

Scheduled printing, copying, scanning, and faxing services are another "No-Touch" service we are offering.  Requests will be processed within 24 hours and no fees will be charged for now.  (Requests are limited to 20 pages or less).

If needing something printed by email or off the internet

  • Library staff will notify you when your prints are ready and set up a time for you to come pick them up.  
  • Tax Forms Copying and Printing: We have the Federal booklets that contain the base forms for filing Federal.  All others will be printed from www.irs.gov.  Kansas forms are only available online and will be printed from www.ksrevenue.org 

If needing copies made, faxes sent, or items scanned

  • A library staff member will work with you to schedule a time for you to drop off original documents or a flashdrive.
  • At your appointment time, drive up to one of the designated parking spaces for pick up.  The pick up area is at the Northwest corner of the building, by the garage.  This area is designated with blue signs.
  • Park in one of the numbered spaces, and call the phone number on the sign.
  • A library staff member will bring out an envelope for you to place your items into. You may leave after we receive your items.
  • Once we have successfully processed your items, a staff member will contact you to schedule a time to retrieve your copies and original documents.

  • Park in one of the numbered spaces, and call the phone number on the sign. A staff member will then bring your items to you.
  • If you do not have a cell phone, give us a honk to let us know you are there.
  • If for any reason you cannot make your appointed time, please call and reschedule.  We will not call you if you miss your pick up time slot.  Your items will be held for up to 7 days, and if not picked up by then, will be disposed of (shredded and recycled).
